Complaints

If you have a problem or wish to complain about a service you have received within our clinic, the best thing to do is email Juliet the Manager and request a complaints form and a copy of our procedure for this.  Alternatively this can be obtained from reception. Fill in and return to us where we endeavor to action this complaint in a professional manner. We value your feedback.
