MyIndici
is a secure website which can receive your health information from your doctors system. It can also be used to store other health related information which may not be recorded within your doctors system, such as other treatments you have received or other medications which you may be taking.

Texting Service

Appointment
Appointments are 15 minutes unless a longer appointment is requested.
Should you have multiple concerns that you wish to discuss in your appointment please request a double appointment and book this well in advance. There is an extra charge for a double appointment however it will allow time for your doctor to address all your concerns in the one appointment.
Consultations for driver licence medicals, childhoodimmunisations, diabetes reviews, life insurances, minor surgery, travel consultations and immigration medicals need longer appointments, often with both the nurse and doctor. Please let the reception know when you book an appointment for one of these so the appropriate times can be made.
Home Visits
Home visits may be organised in consultation with the doctor or nurse. Please phone and speak to the nurse if you think you require home visit.

Liquid nitrogen is available in the clinic. Appointments are necessary.
Travel Consultations and immunisations
New Zealanders love to travel and expect to enjoy their overseas trip! World Health Organisations guidelines recommend that travellers visit their health professional 6-8
weeks prior to departure. This allows time for the vaccination schedules to be completed if needed.

Your doctor and practice nurse work together to plan vaccinations, medications and advise on other travel related issues such as your travel first aid kit, in the first instance please book a half hour appointment with your doctor. It is worth noting that travel vaccines must be paid when we order them for you.

Immigration Medicals
PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer able to offer Immigration Medicals due to a new Immigration directive. The nearest Medical Centre that is able to do these is Central Medical in Oamaru.

Lab Results:
We will endeavor to contact patients who have had a blood test or samples sent to the lab. Usually no news is good news but if there are any concerns with results patients will be contacted ASAP. If you sign up to ManageMyHealth you will be able to access your own results. See above for more information.
